14ozcan Crushed tomatoes
8ozTomato saucecanned
8ozGreen chili pepperscanned
1/2cupBeef brothstock
1tbspChili powder
1/2tbspCumin
1/2tbspPaprika
1tspGround Coriander
1tspCocoa powder
1/2tspGranulated garlic
1/4tspCayenne pepper
1tspHimalayan sea salt
1/2medium Jalapeno pepper seeded and finely diced (optional))
1avocado sliced(optional)
Instructions
In a large soup pot over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic until onions begin to soften. Then, add the ground meat, and stir occasionally until browned.
Add the rest of the chili ingredients (except the avocado).
Let simmer, stirring every so often for 15 minutes. Garnish with sliced avocado. Serve and enjoy!
